Creativity

A blog that is worth checking out is this one, just for sight seen, literally sight seen in your plate, this plates with beautiful landscapes attract your very senses by combining both the food, the plate the harmony and specially a twist of nature that makes every plate unique.

In this plate I see a harmonious combination of blue cheese, different grains and beans, brown sugar, ginger and a slice of lemon, it all blends perfectly together to give you the sense of a perfect getaway, if I was to eat this, which is what I like to do to my food that looks really good I'd do it with a good box of wheat crackers, rosemary and olive oil flavor. mmm...

In this picture I love the concept of taking the meal even beyond the plate, by drawing a giant bacon piece right next to the plate,  and dazzling some basil all over the perfectly squared bacon cheddar quesadilla, to my taste a chipotle BBQ sauce or a fresh mango salsa would wrap things up to end up been part of the system that once created it

Hot and Sour Soup

This amazing soup has kept me coming to this restaurant since the "Red Ginger" open their doors, with a broad menu that goes from tempura (deep fried vegetables), to Chinese dishes. Besides their amazing variety of sushi rolls and deep fried sushi rolls, I'd llike to boost up your taste buds with an introduction to their amazing hot and sour soup, is the traditional soup with a variety of mushrooms, chicken, bamboo shoots, day lily buds, tofu and spiced up with a hint of red pepper, just enough to hook you in, and make every bite exceptional, served with what I call "crunchies" which is my name for the deep fried egg roll wrap stripes, I strongly suggest to add a hint of lemon to the bowl, and a "crunchie" to every bite. Something that I do is order a side of eel sauce, ( a soy sauce, white sugar and Japanese wine sauce) that makes the left over "crunchies" a snack of their own.  The best part of this is that is only $2 dollars and worth every penny and everything in the menu is always 50% off. The Tiffany roll and the Playboy are a must too.

Great tacos

My name is Roberto Mata, I love eating, and cooking, I love trying new things, and I love all cultures and their respective foods, I've been living in salt lake for the past five years trying hidden places all over Utah, and when I try something good I have to share the news, I grew up in Mexico and when it comes to food there the first thing you naturally think about is get me some tacos!!, I have tried numerous tacos stands from formal dine in to street joints, and I found a great place to have them in west valley, they're the authentic tacos "al pastor", consist of two tortillas, and delicious adobo seasoned pork, slowly roasted, and served with a slice of grilled pineapple, chopped cilantro and onion. the meat melts in your mouth and if you close your eyes, bam! you're there! definitely a must! don't forget about the classic coca-cola in the glass bottle, real sugar, real flavor, and of course no corn syrup! really good prices, tacos for only $1.50 worth every bite!

the place is called:
